I have seen it again and again in class.
THAT’S WHY
I have this unstoppable urge to teach people about their fantastic bodies. My driving force is to help people experience that wellness starts from within.
Each one of us, no matter what we have been through, can find a way back to, and reconnect with our true inner self. The practice of yoga teaches us different techniques to still the body and the mind. Through our breath and movement we can connect to ourselves.
